CURRENT TURNAROUND FOR CUSTOM ORDERS: 4-6 WEEKS

All custom orders created by Rockin’ A Mohair are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the product’s purchase price (unless they are branded, in that case payment is due in full up front).

Custom orders are not started until the non-refundable deposit is received.

Custom orders will be completed in the order of deposits received.
 

After the deposit is received, the design ordered is final and no changes can be made.

Once the custom piece is complete, the remainder of the purchase price is due within 14 days.

After full payment is received, the product will be shipped to you. If payment is not received within 14 days from completion, Rockin' A Mohair has the right to keep your initial deposit and the custom product to list for sale.

Rockin’ A Mohair is not responsible for damages to the product due to misuse or improper care. Once the product has been shipped the buyer assumes all responsibility of the product.

Wear and tear of the product is normal and expected as the products are intended to be used in an outdoor setting.

All items will be photographed and sent to the customer before shipping for liability.
